we have 3 800 numbers coming into 1 menu and 1 port and the menu fwds to the ACD que...we want to take 1 number out and make it where if it rolls around the que and nobody picks up it fwds off the net to and external site
i setup the 800 on its own ACD que with 0 agents and it fwds to the other que and then to the overflow station..but the overflow station will not fwd and ACD call off the net.
