What's the latest release for the STSe?
Where can I download and how long does it take?
Can I use my serial/USB dongle to upload file?

There hasn't been a new STSe release in a number of years - the latest that I have is 102. Are you trying to fix something?
Update process is done via a PC with terminal software - using a very specific process that you don't want to hose up.

I'm very familiar with sts programming using hyperterminal. Dial by name is an issue for certain phones. Thought an update my help...

If you mean dial by name from auto attend, then that would fall under firmware/software of voicemail which is different than firmware of phone system...

Ok it's a flash based. I'll refer back to my original questions. What's the latest version and how long to update?

I don't know latest version - although I can recall one customer where it really made a difference. How long to update? Ten minutes or so.
