There is really no need to YELL, we can hear you just fine in mixed case.
You don't give much to work with. If it answers, then it's not dead. Is this a recent phenomenon? Do you have admin access to the voicemail? Can you access mailboxes as subscriber normally? Expand a bit and we'll help as best as we can.
