Vodavi STSe door strike programming

Hello! A "newby" here trying to find help in programming a Vodavi STSe 3501 to operate a door strike.

My customer had a Panasonic D308 system and entered 55 on any station unit to unlock the magnetic door lock for customers to come in.

I would greatly appreciate any help on how to do this with the STSe 3501 system! The Installer CD indicates on a diagram that it can be done (and how to wire it) but not how to set up programming to activate it. I have heard Flash 14 programming is used but do not know fully how to set this up.
