I need help with this. I have to change COS to no LD on all phones except one. The system is using centrex lines which require a 9 to dial out. I am changing the phones to COS 7 (COS 7 allows 10-digit dialing maximum), but when I do this the COS includes the 9 required for outdial within the max of 10 digits, so it never lets me dial the 10 digit phone number. Does anyone know a solution for this, I would greatly appreciated it. Thanks all
