I have a customer that changed providers. They switched to an at&t flex ip plan. They had PRI(XO Com)with caller id, changed temporarily to PRI (at&t) with caller id. Most of the time incoming caller id would work, with a few problems. Sometimes caller id would not come accross. When we changed to the AT&T flex ip plan, I had to remove the last 13 trunks from Line Group Programming (01). The ip flex only uses 10 channels. That is the only change I have made to the system. Caller ID use to come accross on the display as:
878 5551234567
now it shows:
5551234567878
The 878 is the last 3 digits of the number being called.
at&t has a router that breaks out the data and voice. They can not get the data working at all. They will not send a tech on site. They are saying the caller id problem has to be in the PBX. I have a very limited knowledge on the Vodavi STSe.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
