Well my customer is not that sophisticated, they had a power 'anomoly' so we got a new STS chassic (3500-00) and I'm setting everything up from scratch, I have gotten the add-in cards reporting correctly, my 6 CO lines are good, basically they want the main number to ring in, i assume to STA 100, and from there it's going to an 'auto-attendant' which is one of the employees reading the extensions off for people that work there, I will transfer to their STA from there, and the actual extensions are set up as basically direct dial in, ie they give out their direct # on their business cards.

So I'm a little confused on the actuall Auto-attendant part, is that forwarding STA 100 on no answer to x440? or what, I'm not trying to set up hunt groups etc, they basically have their own dedicated line, and I"m not trying to just keep milking hours here, I have all the manuals etc, this is just my first vodavi. Basically just want STA 1xx for intercom calls (not necessary even but it's they way it was) and they just hit their 'CO line' button to dial out or answer a direct or xfered inbound call.

Thanks!

well it's kind of clunky, but i got it working, they dial in on the main # (co#6) and then it plays a message with everyone's extensions on it (small office), then they pick the ext., and if that's unanswered it goes to the person's own vmail. That's how they want it! alrighty then, I really can't spend forever and a day on this thing.

Thanks!
