Present Situation: All three incoming CO lines go to voice mailbox 102 if unanswered.

Preferred Situation: All three incoming CO lines go to voice mailbox 100 if unanswered.

How can I redirect unanswered CO line calls to voice mailbox 100?

A bit depends on how the call is getting to voicemail in the first place.
I would first check Flash 40 CO line voicemail ID. If current value is 102, change it to 100 and it'll just work.

Mike, thank you so much for your speedy response to my post.

Actually, I think I may have misstated the present scenario. The unanswered call goes first to an announcement (maybe an automated attendant or just the greeting for mailbox 102, I don't know) and whatever message is left by the caller is stored in voice mailbox 102. I want the messages to be stored in voice mailbox 100.
