I purchased some used 3515-71 phones and as a part of it, received a 3500-00 KSU and a 3501-01 KSU. I fired up the 3501-01 and I can connect to it via the serial port no problem. However, the 3500-00 is being more of a pain. When I start it up and connect to it, it continually cycles through the startup procedures. Has anyone seen this before and have any suggestions for what to check. I am very familiar with VoIP systems, but these are something new to me.
If anyone can point me in a direction, it would be great. I have checked all the cards and they are seated properly. I have also tried removing the cards (DTIB, VM, etc) and got the same result. Just trying to figure out if it is dead. Below is an example of the output when it is fired up. Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.
