Vodavi Starplus STS - Autoattendant

Hi!

Could someone please help me?We have a starplus sts phone system and we want to be able to record a message on this system so when people call and no one answers an message automatically starts saying something like

"For Xyz dial 101
For zys dial 102
For hgc dial 103, etc"

We are having a lot of trouble setting this up and I am really new at phone systems. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you looked in the admin manual? It provides fairly detailed step-by-step for the in-skin call processing systems. And while I appreciate your need, this site really can't replace the support of a vendor with appropriate training.
