Vodavi-PRI setup

Need to find out how you configure a Vodavi PBX for a PRI service. I dont need to know step by step Im just looking for general information. I have a vendor that is telling me his pbx is configured for 12 channels but I see requests when doing an ISDN debug on my Cisco 2431 router for the other channels not configured for service. If i put all channels in service (23B + 1D channel) the requests are satisfied.

Want to be able to point the tech in the right direction when he arrives on site to check the configuration of the PBX.

You may get a bit better response in the Vodavi forum. Generally, if you're seeing call requests using channels that are not in service, I'd guess Vodavi has something wrong. It is usually as easy as a trunk group assignment. You'd need to specify which Vodavi product - as they've made a lot of products over the years (much like saying "Cisco").
