Vodavi inskin voicemail issues

Voicemail cutsoff messages and volume low on messages. Replaced with new voicemail twice and now having the same problem at another client location. Is anyone else having issues with the voicemail? Wondering if Vodavi is having some problems with product and not letting vendors know. Let me know of any solutions or similiar problems. Thanks

Make sure you are running 20052 software it has a fix for cutoff while leaving message.

If volume is low on all messages it is most likely low volume on the CO lines. You can raise volume on the lines by raising the transmit gain in flash 40 and you can raise the volume on the vm ports using windba.
