Can anyone have any suggestions on the fact that my customer now has to do a hook flash to access the t-1 to dial out. Usually just needs to pick up handset and you have a line.
I'm able to unplug the set and it works for a while and later it losses the ability again. I'm actually a Nortstar specialst and have only little experience with this Main sites Vodavi. all other sites have BCM 50's . Thank you
