I NEED TO ACCESS VOICE MAIL SYSTEM . I CAN DIAL INTO VM BUT NEED THE DEFALT ADMINISTRATIVE PASSWORD.????

YOU NEED TO STOP YELLING - we can hear you fine. Then find a copy of "admin" which is the PC GUI programming interface and hook up to serial port. Have you confirmed that it has been changed from the default values? Check the technical docs for defaults.
