The CO lines on the executive display phones are programmed but do not light up on any phones to show when a line is in use or on hold or DSS functions. System was installed and working forever and cycled on and off numerous times this morning without any electrical issues in building or UPS involved. Customer pretty good with programming and got everything re-programmed themselves but the line and DSS buttons fail to light up when in use. You can press line 1 and access the line even if it was on hold but lights are not functional. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
