Vodavi 5000-00 BKSU PMU Software Issue

I Know that switching the Software in a PMU will allow you to use different phones on this system. I have a 5000-00 BKSU wiith 16 bit PMU.....I replaced my old BKSU with another unit but I can't test my Triad phones. The IN5021-01 v4.14 software works fine with Infinite IN90xx phones but when I switch the software to TR5021-10 v3.11 or v4.14....I just get static screeching on the phone. Is there something I'm missing??? This is not what is supposed to happen. I test IN90xx, TR90xx and 30xx phones from this one system, but I can only test IN90xx phones right know....?????
