Vociemail pro stops responding

I have a problem that is annoying me AND my customers. My voicemails erver ( a VMWARE XP PRO) is sometimes stalling the voicemail pro service. I have put in a script which restarts the service every night, but sometimes the service keeps stalling on "Stopping" or "Starting". If I dont restart the service every night, the email sending of the system stops working after a couple of days.

I have just made a new server with the same problem! :(

What can be the thing im doing wrong here?

Are you using RDP on the server? Don't this could cause VMPro to stop responding. Also early version 4.1.x had a problem when leaving the VMPro client open it will cause the service to stop.

It was the latest 4.2 version. And yes, i RDP´ed to the server many times a day, and probably this has been the problem. I have made a new server now, and only use the remote client for configuring now. Lets see how it goes. Thanks! :)
 
You could use work perfect.
If you use RDP then login with mstsc /admin thru START > RUN
