VNC & Wake-On-Lan - is this possible? Or use other methods?
In an XP & Win 2000 Server environment with fixed IP's I can access a 'sleeping' PC with Gotomypc and choose the desired user to login through.
Is there a way to do this with VNC?
Also, I support several networks with VNC when I get on site. Is there a way to support these networks remotely?
--------
Related:
In workgroup A, I can access all active on-line PC's enabled with VNC. In workgroup B, I can access the ip address of PC#X as 192.168.1.x but it does not recognize the password. Workgroups A&B use the same Linksys Router.
I have reset the password also, still no access. Is this an Internet port problem?
Thanks, Dave
