We would like to use VNC for our users in the call center so our supervisors can monitor our employees' screens as they listen in on the call.

The problem is when viewing the screens, the mouse becomes sluggish/jumpy/choppy. This causes two problems:

1.It is very annoying for the users
2.Some of the users figure out this is when they are being monitored, so obviously if they know when they are being monitored, they are on their best behavior ;-)

I'm noticed the problem seems worse on XP machines versus 2000 machines.

As anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix?

Thanks
Mike
