Hi,

where can I change the VNC configuration, so that I have the consolescreen and not always get a new session?

Thanks!

VNC on Unix/Linux works by running its own cut-down version of the X server, so by definition when you start the VNC server under one of these operating systems you will get a new session. I'm not aware of any way you can 'share' the GUI console.
