Vnc Icon Removal

My question is that i am trying to remvove the vnc icon out of my system tray, i'm running tightvnc and have searched the forums and the net for a fix to get rid of it, and no luck. If anyone could help me get rid of this it would help

stop the VNC SERVER service and set it to manual

The only way is to hack the code and recompile. The ATT/VNC community really looks down on hiding the icon. I've never agreed with that but that's another post

don't know about tightvnc, but regular VNC allowed you to change the icon so you could set it as grey block so it is just a space on the systray...
