VNC for Micros WS5A's and 2015

I cannot get VNC to work on the WS5As and the PCWS 2015. Help!

Not sure VNC should work on WS5a's. What version of Micros are you running and what VNC software?

Micros Res 3700 Version 5.2. The VNC is old, I took it off my 4.6 lab. I didn't expect it to work but Micros wont give me any help with this because of PCI. Is there another software I should be using?

For the 2015, its just a Win32 client. Just install VNC on it by plugging in a keyboard and mouse.

Moregelen, I still can't get it to load all the way for the 5A. I can connect but the screen stays grey and just says Please wait - initial screen loading.
For the 2015, do i just put the folder in the caltemp\packages folder?
