You've granted VNC server and Viewer to all the computer? What does that mean?

In the windows firewall I have allowed VNC access.

For local network connecting from one machine to another do I still have to forward the ports? What I am getting is at the bottom when I highlight the VNC icon I get several ip address's and none of the work they time out.

Do you have the Windows XP firewall enabled? Perhaps its blocking the port.

No the windows firewall is not enabled. Mcafee firewall is enabled.
