Customer uses VMX250i as IVR. Caller comes to system, gets a SDM and will be transferred back to PBX-ACD-Group according to the selection. It works fine. But temporarily there are no agents in ACD-Group. So there is a manual external calldiversion by supervisor in MD110. To make it possible to transfer the call, I have changed systemparameter13 and delayed the time (DDDDD) before attempting transfer (Because establishing the external calls lasts a few seconds). But now, in times agents are there (no calldiversion), transfer is also be delayed in VMX. So agents must wait a few seconds (getting a connection-prompt) before the call is transferred. Agents do not accept this, but I have no idea how to set VMX to avoid this.
