There is a feature under Additional Messaging Features
(Check 1 2) Which says: Message Senders can check whether messages sent from their mailboxes have been listened to. I want to know is this feature available in Callpilot 5.0 Thanks in advance.

There is an acknowledgement tag you can use.
Log into your mailbox to compose a message (75).
Before sending the message press 7-0-5 to tag for acknowledgement. The system will leave a message in your mailbox when the recipient listens to it.
