VMX 200 Message Count List?

I administer a VMX 200 system (mostly simple stuff like create/delete mailboxes, DLs, etc., although I've set up SDMOs as well). Is there a way to get a list (or querry a single mailbox) to see how many message are in the mailbox. I don't want to change the user's security code and I'm not interested in listening to the messages -- I just want to know how many messages there are. Would be nice to know (but not necessary) how many were read and how many were unread. Gotta believe there is a command that can provide this information, but I can't find it. Can anybody help?

Use the command:

@L R 8
LST: mailbox number

There you get the full list!
