Vmware within XEN

I have one Vmware server (windows 2003 host) and one Xen server.

I want to convert the other server to XEN. Can I do a P2V conversion on it, resulting in a 2003 VM that runs VMware which contains VM's?

Then, I could convert those Vmware VM's to XEN virtual machines with the tools available...

I should have said that I want to convert the VMware server to XEN, not the "other" server. There is not a third server.
