vmware and windows existing partition

is possible to create a new vmware windows xp virtual machine with a existing partition data?

i just want to move my windows to vmware on linux host and i dont want to reinstall windows, scripts, configurations and install all the software again.

There is a product call P2V (Physical 2 Virtual) from VMWare. There are also other products as well as self created migrations such as the following:
