vmstat question

Hey All,

Need a little help with understanding vmstat results.

Did vmstat 5 and got the following:

kthr memory page disk faults cpu
r b w swap free re mf pi po fr de sr m0 m1 m4 m1 in sy cs us sy id

I noticed re(reclaimed) mf (minor faults) and pi (paged in) had values >0 Not sure what that means for performance. My documentation said to hit it with the -S option but that changes it to swap in and out.

Can anyone give me an idea of how values >0 in those fields can effect server performance?
