vmstat and monitor missing

Hi I have am running IAX 4.3. but I cannot locate my vmstat sar iostat form the server
Can I download these tool ? if yes where if no what can I do to get these tools in my server
Thank you

These files are installed with bos.acct. You should be able to install that fileset from your installation disks.
