VMSC question

Why would you want to? after the settings are done in the VMSC you very rarely need to change anything in it. Your best bet is to remote desktop into one of the MAS's.
You can load the admin tools on your PC and I think you can connect to the VMD if your username is trusted from you corp domain. But your corp domain will need to allow the VMD to trust it at least in a one-way trust.
Just do a install from the DVD on your PC as well as the client install
