VMS Security Monitor Maximum Events

I'm using the Security Monitor in VMS to watch Cisco IDS/IPS sensors.

Currently it can only support a MAX of 250,000 events before it starts truncating them. If I want to search a few months back then its blank.

Is this a softcoded limitation to VMS, or is it possible for me to increase the maximum?
