On the auto attendant I changed the digit 9 to perform a transfer to an announcement box.
Now, of course, I cannot enter remote admin because I need to dial 99#. (the system says "invalid entry")
Is there another way around this so that I can enter administration from my home office to reset mailbox passwords?
