hardware = avaya dell server R210 , Ipo500v2 , Phone 30 module
version = 9.1

i have installed the vmpro and create the call flow as per customer. in tha call flow, call come on start menu and than play wav ."""" if u know desired extn plz dial it""". now press the extn , call transfer to user .

welcome > menu (if u know extn plz dial it ) > extn


problem = customer wants that if user is not available on seat and not received tha call , than call automatically transfer to reception

plz guide me .
 
Create a group in IP Office with all exsisting users named AllExt(201)
In VMPro use a Call List action and use the group AllExt as the target, on the "No Answer" and "Busy" connect a transfer to Reception action, on the "next" action connect a "Disconnect" action. See picture.
