VMPRO - Voicemails on Server, but not accessible?

Hello everyone,

I have noticed that some employees have voicemail messages on the server, but on their handset, the red LED is not lit. If they try to check for messages, it says there is none available. Whats going on here? I'm Using VMPRO 3 but plan on de-grading to 2.1.x tonight

Whats going on?? Just a little 3.0 bug...
If you're most happy to stay on 3.0, then make "Name" and "Full Name" identical. This works on our 3.0 installs.
