I have a user on 11.0.4.1.6 build 1, They are having a problem with greetings updating for users and groups. When I go to \opt\vmpro\Greetings\ I see a bunch of files with 'username_1_$.wav' and another for the same individual identical except for the '$'. Are these just the replaced files, and are they safe for me to delete? I'm hoping that I can clean up this folder and have the customer get the users to redo their greetings and see if this fixes the problem. Currently when they use either the TUI or Web Admin, it lets them record a greeting, they can accept it, save it, but then it will disappear. Should old file purge out of the Greetings folder after a day or so?
