Does anyone know the meaning of $ACD ?

In a queued or still queued call flow, it directs the call to return to the queue after it follows whatever is in the callflow. It may have other uses, but this is all I have used it for.

I wonder if there is any other undocumented variable like this one. :)

$ACD is ancient, do not use it in current VM Pro it will lead to troubles.

Nothing, in the queued and still queued actions you leave the call flow "open".
Example : if you have a Generic action to play a modified message then do not connect the "next" to another action, if you leave it open then the call will stay in the queue.

OK thanks. I thought I tried that. What about if you use a menu should the timout be open? Like press 1 to leave a message and then would it be just hold to return to the que?

I have stumbled on another undocumented variable - $CID. IPO counts the number of calls and adds one each time, and the call Id is accessible through this variable and through TAPI. It is useful for IVR applications.
