VMPRO Short Code *17 Not working

Just upgraded my system to 2.1.24 and have been having problems with *17

I now need to use *17* to access vmail any ideas why this has happanend?

check your system short codes, they may have become corrupt.
also chek the VM Pro settings, if you have reinstalled it will default to intuity mode
