Sorry, its Monday Morning and I just cant get my head around this.

Got a customer with VMPro, they have standard Daytime condition that has a week planner with their opening times. Mon-Fri 9-5. When they are open it rings a group, when they are closed it plays a message.

Thats the easy bit that works fine.

What they want is the ability to plan a year ahead and select bank holidays. Now if they were closed on bank holidays it would be fine, but they work limited hours.

So for example on xmas day they may work 9-12, on boxing day 9-2, on new years day 10-12 and on good friday from 11-7.

What is the best way to combine these into a simple and easy to manage format?

You are going to have to link some conditions together in a new "test condition" that check for the date and times on that date and connect the false from you existing test condition to that :)

In fact sorry, that will give the wrong result, I'll think more and get back :)

Thanks amriddle01. I dont think it can be done without having a seperate condition for every bank holiday; which is messy.

They need to have a calender that has times incorporated into it.

You will have to check for the dates as mentioned above but check on the closed hours for those dates in the new test condition, then place that after the true from your existing daytime condition, that will work :)

You can link a calender in with the times in one condition by using "include results from the following condition" function :)
