VMPro password issue

Recent installation - 2.1.35 with 2.1.19 VMPro:

Users who had already done their initial password/greeting setup report inability to access VM after some number of days have passed since initial setup, and after previously using VM without incident. Upon checking their VM password field in Manager, I see that their pw field is now blank.

Anyone else seen this?
