Is there a tool that can be used to convert .opus announcements\Auto Attendant messages in VMPro to .wav to be stored externally. A customer has requested this as part of their backup protocols but there isn't according to Avaya support.
When I searched online I found several programs that will convert the files to .wav or mp3. For your backup protocol might it be better to just back it up as they are and convert when it's needed?
Thank you for your reply. We have tried everything online and third party apps but nothing has worked. It seems the opus files on Avaya VMPro are encrypted and we were wondering someone here had a tool that would convert the .opus files to .wav. Customer wants to back these as .WAV as they don't want anything saved with propriety encryption.
