VMPro not updating mailbox names

Hello ...

when I change the names on IPO, looking in the VMPro mailboxes user names found that is not updating to new names changed through manager.
restart the service and IPO, with no changes.
How to sync any changes between IPO and VMPro ?

Is the IPO and voicemail on the same release?
Is the voicemail Pro client online ?
Is VM Pro on Windows or app server?

1. the IPO and VMPro is Rls9.1
2. the VMPro is online
3. the VMPro is under windows

Sorry I may be misunderstanding, are you saying the IPO is not creating the new mailbox correctly or are you saying the name recording in the Names directory is not getting renamed (oh heck that is just as confusing)

changing a user name on the IPO usually results in a new mailbox, any greetings relating to this mailbox need to be re-recorded.



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
when in doubt restart the VmPro service
Should not be needed but hey sometimes she is a bit temperamental.
