VMPro not in add/remove programs

VMPro is installed and working, with callflows configured but does not appear in control panel/add remove programs...v2.1.27.
Upgraded IPO to 3.2 but cant remove old vm to install new version....

Has 2.1 VMPro ever shown in Add/Remove Programs? Regardless, copy essential files (vmdata.mdb, root.vmp and Greetings/Accounts folders) then delete Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro folder and registry entries and start again. If still have problems with new installation say it still exists, use something like
