VMPRO NOT ANSWERING

I HAVE AN IP406 DS 3.0(59) WITH A VMPRO CLIENT INTUITY 3.0(17). I JUST UPGRADED TO THIS AND NOW THE VM IS NOT ANSWERING. WHEN VM COLLECT IS PRESSED THE DISPLAY SAYS DISCONNECTED. WHEN *17 IS USED THE DISPLAY SAYS NUMBER BUSY. ARE THESE TWO VERSIONS COMPATABLE. I VERIFIED ADDRESSES AND THEY ARE ALL CORRECT. SHOULD I TRY DOWNGRADING THE VM.
 
If you installed it as a service, make sure the service is running under the proper user account. Also, make sure your key-server is running so the licenses come up with valid status in manager. Also make sure the vmail pc and the IPO are pingable to rule out network problems.
 
Thanks. I went into the control panel and started vmpro from there and it works fine now.
