I have an IPO and VMPro on 9.0. Voicemail is running on a Windows Server 2016. I know this is not supported but has been running for a couple of years now. When a call is routed to voicemail, the users greeting plays. When a message is left, the message is not being delivered. There is no message in the accounts folder. I deleted one of the users account folder and restarted the VMPro service. The folder for that user was not re-created. Deleted the User in the IPO and re-creted and restarted the VMPro service. The account folder does not get re-created. Created a brand new user on the IPO and the account folder is not getting created. It appears that the IPO and VMPro are not syncing. When i leave a message and press # sign after leaving the message, receive a message that there is no message to send. This appears to be happening for mailboxes.

Receive two errors in monitor trace when starting the VMPro service
29995500mS ERR: TFTPReceiver Unreachable net=10.0.0.15 port=0 (10.0.0.15 is the VMPro server)
30032590mS ERR: PCVMail: Stored VPIM Address change = <customer domain>

When you use the VM Pro client to look at all of the Users are there any with a massive amount of stored messages? If find this happens a lot with Users that have VM to Email set to Copy and they only deal with the VM messages on their cell phone. If they work from home then VM messages pile up on their deskset and never get deleted. I have seen this cause the problems you describe.

Thanks for the responses. I resolved the issue by changing the Log On option in the service to "Local System Account
