your functionality is already built into the IPO if you use your extension as conf bridge number.
If incoming callers dial your extension as conf bridge they are all on hold until you join from your extension or twinned number.
But I know that Gunnar's creations are worth looking at for sure.

Hi Joe,
Indeed it is but limited to extension and twinned number for the moderator. I (actually, the customer) want the authentication to be via PIN so that by the nature of which number you enter, this determines your Chair/Participant status rather than incoming CLI.
I'd rather do it the IPO way but having to tweak it a little for their tastes (even after my amazing demo using One-X Mobile and iPad! What a waste of time...)
Gunnaro's creation is a great start and we are just in the process of dumbing it down for the customer
