VMPro logon

Hi

I have a situation on a Server Edition where we cannot log onto the VMPro client, the credentials are rejected (even though we know them to be correct).

Thinking something may have become corrupted, I added another user with VMPro admin rights and that one is rejected also.

We cannot thing of a change (other than IPO config changes) that would have affected anything.

I feel like I am missing something obvious though so any pointers appreciated!

Check in the server's web control/platform view menus that "Referred Authentication" is still enabled.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
