Have Users going over mailbox quota
Can see the mailbox go red when checking with vmpro client.

When subsequent callers call in however they are presented with the recipients normal voicemail greeting message.
The caller can then leave a voicemail message of unrestricted length (have only left it for 2.5 minutes, mailbox is restricted to 120 seconds)
The message is NOT recorded, there is no indication that the mailbox is full to the callers.

VMPRO version 11.0.4 SP4

Can anyone recreate, or better yet have a working version where it indicates the mailbox is full or is this design intent?

Thanks
Da-ken

11.0.4 SP2 Mailbox quota Not working, just seen a mailbox with 1149MB and 614 unread messages.

over a gig in messages?
the user should be slapped with a wet noodle.

Is this a server edition, apps server or a windows based VmPro ?

LOL was actually one of our ipoffic engineers on our inhouse system.

Apps server, have finally upgraded to 11.0.4 sp4 to replicate an issue at a customer site , still needs some testing.

The Avaya documentation is proving fun, on some articles informs us housekeeping runs if idle for 5 minutes, others gives slightly more details tells me is runs after 2400000ms (40 minutes)
Im facing a very busy system with call recording that runs 24/7, finding a window to run the housekeeping is proving troublesome.
