Have a customer with a 9.1.12 system & Voicemail Pro.
They just recently changed email servers to a cloud based.
He went in to the VMPRO & changed the settings, tested & all worked.
Now he is saying between internal & external calls the voicemail to email is working intermittently.
Anyone run across this before?
He is asking if there is a "Timeout" with the SMTP?
I have nothing programmed in the MAPI, just in the SMTP Sender & Receiver.
Is there a way to Monitor SMTP like you can for the Embedded voicemail? That way I can look for alarm codes.
