VMPRO - Identifying "Answering Party" after Assisted TX to a HG?????

I have a fairly complicated call flow in VMPRO. The caller is looked up in a db and based on results, transferred to an Account HG, and if no answer, an Operations HG. I need to be able to identify WHO picked up the call along the way. Once I do that, I can screenpop the CRM record for them automatically like we already do for calls that aren't made to a HG.

I know the ID of the call, but haven't found a way to figure out who actually answered the call by extn number and/or name.

Any help here appreciated!

It must be in one variable available directly after assisted transfer but I'm not sure if there is such a value available.

By the way... I would not work with setting user variables but use call variables ($CPxx) because they stay for the whole call. If you use user variables you can run into issues if two inbound calls hit that call flow (almost) simultaneously because the value of the second call will overwrite the value of the first call.

the CRM (if we talk the same thing here and that is a program that talks to the IPO and gets information from the IPO to display on the screen or to enable dialing from the application) needs to find that information via CTI link connection, not something the IPO can help you with via programming of any kind.
